Receptionist
CS Accounting is so much more than your average accounting firm. We walk with our clients on their journey to financial freedom; through all the twists and turns and create great relationships along the way. We do this not just by watching their numbers for them but by educating and empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial future – pretty cool, huh?!
What’s the role?
We’re looking for another tour guide to add to our team, someone who has the front row seat on the bus. Our Receptionist position is the welcomer, you’ll hold the map for the journey, (and you’ll show our guests where the toilets are!). Working closely with our Practice Manager, you’ll also help to keep the bus running internally by supporting our team members and our clients to meet deadlines through lodging documents, assisting with finalising our client work, managing our workflow system and communication, and keeping the bus looking and feeling great!
Oh, and did we mention that we’re offering some serious flexibility in this part-time role? You can choose the hours you work each day within our 9 to 5 business hours. Our only request? We’d love to see your face each day.
Who are you?
Our dream tour guide will be really excited about this opportunity and our approach to modern accounting. You won’t need to know much about accounting to fit our criteria, but you’ll have a seriously impressive attitude towards client service and a laser-focus on the finer details.
You’ll also have a natural flair for communicating, both verbally and in your professional writing so that nurturing relationships with our clients will be a breeze. And you’ll be happy to roll your sleeves up and do the stuff that’s not that glamorous, too.
